Can I use this derailleur with a triple Chainset?

You will need to check your current system capacity and see if this derailleur has the range to work with that- for road triple chainsets usually yes however with key large sprockets it might not have the range to work.

Compatible with 105 10 speed?

Is this mech comparable with Shimano 105 10 speed levers and chain or would I have to change them as well ?
Hello- I’m afraid not as there is no cross compatibility between 10 speed shifters and 11 speed rear derailers.
