Difference vs 700c / 650B Thorn ST 700 / 650B Steel Fork

Hi. Is there any difference between this and the Dual-size fork in terms of clearances etc. (assuming 700c wheels used on both?). Will both fit a Mk5 Club Tour OK ?

These forks will accept almost all types of rack, we recommend the Thorn low riders part #11576 SK 11/12/23
