Would this fork fit the 80's Raleigh Reynolds Pro race frame?

I know it is suited to house the rim brakes and the 700c wheels, but unsure of general fit. Thanks guys

I believe the 80s Pro Race frame requires a 1 inch steerer fork so this will not fit.
