In actual practice, is there any significant advantage to a 1/8 freewheel, over 3/32?

SJS Customer Service:

no massive advantage, 3/32 is useful if you have chain line issues as there is more flexibility in the chain to compensate. 3/32 are also marginally lighter. SK 09/02/23

How wide is the freewheel

Could you let me know the overall width of the freewheel? My rear hub is extra wide I need a narrower one than I have.
