Is this compatible with 36H 117old SRF3 hub?

Unfortunately this will not work with the S-RF3 hub as its only compatible with their newer rotary hubs however you should be able to use our item number 34810 Sturmey Archer Twistgrip 3 with Inner Wire - TSS33.
