You could use this, not sure on where you are planning to fit it, but the cabling will be totally custom. - Make sue you use linear cable or it will not cope with the bends/folding the bike.

Hi,
Unfortunately not, this shifter is designed for Sturmey's normal 3spd hubs which use a different cable pull to the CS-RF3 cassette hub. This cassette hub requires a MTB type front 3spd shifter to work.
