ConsHad to buy both shifters when only needed rear shifter

ProsEase of use and instalation

Needed to replace twist grip gear changer on granddaughter’s bike as she could not turn it. She loves the new thumb shifter, says it is easy to use.

Proseasy to fit, complete kit, easy to use.

updating my 30 year old road bike. Fitted these indexers in place of the down tube friction levers, using also a set of down tube cable stops. My bike being old is only 10 speed but this has not proved to be a problem. This set complete with new outer cable segments as well proved to be just what was needed, works a treat and I'm riding again.

Great site, good price, excellent service and delivery. These replaced the original stock twist grip with no problems, using either the new cables provided or your existing cables. They are so much easier to use, accurate and now make changing gears a joy. The wife was so impressed that she even bought some for her bike!

Consdifficult to fit securely on handlebars

ProsWorks fine, good value

Excellent service, Product (Shimano Tourney 6 Speed Shifters) work fine but fixing them firmly on the handlebars proved difficult a more robust clamp fitting would be preferred to prevent the shifters from slipping.

Will these work with a 6 speed Sunrace derailleur?

My legs bike has a grip shifter that hardly turns. Will these shifts work with the existing Sunrace mech?

Are these shifters available for 8-speed drive trains?

Unfortunately this particular style of shifters are only available in 6 or 7spd, but we do offer a number of other shifters in 8spd that would still be compatible with a Shimano drive train.

Do You Think The Clamp Will Spread Enough To Fit 23.8Mm?

Whats The Best Alternative For A 26Mm Bar Touring Bike

Hi,

Unfortunately we don't have any shifters that fit to a 26mm bar, on 26mm bars its normally only the stem clamp that is 26mm. On normal flat bars which is what all of our trigger shifters are designed for they use 22.2mm bar diameter where the shifter clamps to.
