Classic ratio thumb shifter with bar end mount.
Shifter can be removed and used on braze on down tube mounts.

Do you have a 5 speed shifter, with an external cable, for a standard 'C' shape handle bar(Bar turned towards cyclist )?

19286 is not a valid part number, so we are not sure which hub you are referring to. Please also confirm whether you need a bar end or bar mounted shifter.

Unfortunately it will not as it is designed for sue with Sturmey Archer's 5spd internal hub gears which use a different cable pull ration to derailleur gears.

What Size Handlebar Diameter Does The Sturmey Archer 5Spd. Bar End Fit

This shifter can fit to handlebars that have an inner diameter between 19 and 22mm. Meaning that it can fit to both flat style handlebars and drop style handlebars also.

will this work with either a Jtek AeroBrake Shimano Bar End Brake Lever or Jtek AeroBrake Campagnolo Bar End Brake Lever

This shifter should work with the Shimano type AeroBrake lever, but you may need to cut the bolt down slightly as it is too long.
