Will this fit a Cannondale 25.4mm seatpost (19mm ID)

Or do you have a slightly smaller one?

SJS Customer Service:

Unfortunately the smallest will accommodate ID 20mm
FYI dimensions of the net for the battery 17mm x 160mm.
