ProsVery neat solution
I wanted to run a continuous outer cable all the way to the front derailleur, but needed a way to have a cable stop. Providing you have a round down tube, this is a really neat and simple solution. And of course, SJS had it - the Old Curiosity Shop of cycling!

Can I use this on a mk3 nomad with bottom pull front derailleur?

Can I bring the gear cable and outer cable trunk under the bottom bracket, through the braze on guide at the back of the seat tube and then into this?
