This dropout number 160 is actually suitable for the Wilier Gran Turismo 2013 model as well as the 2012 so should be suitable for your bike.

D Rosa King Xs Derailleur Hanger

I'm trying to identify the hanger / dropout fitted to my De Rosa King XS 2016. It's not either of the items identified as De Rosa on your site, but looks very much like dropout 160 which is listed for an Eddy Mercx. Is there any way of confirming if this is the right item for my bike please? I can supply a photograph of mine of you wish.

All of the information we have regarding compatibility comes directly from Wheels Manufacturing themselves so we don't know any more other than what is listed up with them unfortunately. You're welcome to send over a photo, but we'll only be able to compare by eye the same as you can.

Unfortunately your bike is not listed with Wheels Manufacturing who make these hangers so we have no way of knowing for definite if this is the correct replacement hanger for your bike I'm afraid. If it looks exactly the same as yours then it is quite likely it will be correct.
