Can this be used in place of dropout 246?

I have a Planet X xls and require a replacement hanger. I believe the 246 is the like for like replacement but this currently isn't in stock.
Is the 248 the same shape but with only 2 screw holes?
Do you know if this is ok to use instead of the 246?

Unfortunately as far as we're aware they are different shapes as well so this hanger would not be compatible with your frame I'm afraid.
