This Outer Plate Assembly can only be used with Shimano Deore XT RD-M781 10 speed rear derailleurs.

The following are a "B" match which indicates that the parts are usable, but differ in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

Converting GS to SGS?

Can I use this and the corresponding inner plate to convert a RD-M781 GS rear mech to a long cage version? Or would there be issues with ramp angle etc?
Hi, to convert the RD-M781 to SGS you need SJS part: 34484 and 32394.
