ProsFit the Dia Compe Bar End PODS
Bought these to convert my Downtube shifter into a Bar End shifter. I already had the Pods but no axles .
These work brilliantly .

ConsMaybe a bit cheaper?
ProsMachined well, universal fit for most downtube shifters.
Top end Shimano machining for not that much money. These are pretty useful to have around. I used one for a downtube shifter/flat bar conversion, (with the eclypse adapter set that doesn't come with them) and it worked a treat.
