Can these be used to replace the clamps on the Ultegra Di2 R8170 shifters please?

We would recommend sjs part number 47315 - Shimano Ultegra ST-R8020 Clamp Band Unit - 23.8mm to 24.2mm - Y0E098030, this is compatible with Ultegra Di2 R 8170 shifters.

Yes is the original direct replacement part from Shimano.

This Clamp Band Unit can also be used on the following STI Road levers:
