ProsGenuine Shimano part, fits perfectly
Bought this, and the matching outer plate to convert an Ultegra short cage mech to a long cage unit so I could use an 11-32 cassette with my 52/36 chainset. Fitting was easy, just make a note of the chain line, and the mech now works perfectly with the bigger cassette.

Hi, yes we have parts 46958 and 46952 Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-R8050 Inner Plate and Outer Plate for RD-R8050-GS
Shimano Ultegra Medium Cage DI2 Rear Derailleur 11-speed. This derailleur was not made in long cage. Thanks

Can you supply both of these sort reach or medium reach?
Short;
SJS Cycles part number : 34349 - Inner
SJS Cycles part number : 34235 - Outer

Medium;
SJS Cycles part number : 34234 - Outer
SJS Cycles part number : 34242 - Inner

You will also require SS/GS plate assemblies;
SJS Cycles part number : 34227 - short
SJS Cycles part number : 34226 - Med

can I use this on 6870 di2 and what is the part number for the medium cage thankyou
As per the description;
"This Inner Plate can also be used on the following rear derailleur:
- Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-6870"

Gs = Medium cage, SS = Short cage.
