XTR M9000 adjustment rubber cap.

Hi,

I need a replacement rubber cap for my XTR M9000 rear mech. It's the small one that covers the adjustment screw. I can see two listings for them on your website? Is the only difference that the one comes with the fixing screws and rubber gasket. And the other is just the main cap and the rubber cap?
