Prosshort, stiff, more pressure
The spring is shorter than the original on and so it is easier to install. It works fine an there is more pressure because of more stiffness. That‘s good for the 3 cogs variant.

Is this spring for pre-2017 or post-2017 Bromptons or both?

It is designed for pre 2017 systems, with 3 sprockets and an aftermarket shifter in mind.
