The GP1 series of grips offer maximum comfort and the best possible pressure distribution. They are specially cut for a small to middle sized hand (Size S: 6.5 / 8.5 -particularly good for female hands), as well as for middle to larger sized hands. They feature a forged alu clamp for fast and secure installation. The support platform is individually incrementally adjustable for the correct hand angle by simply turning the grip. 6.5 - 8.5cm diameter grip

ProsEasy to fit
Smaller hands?: Buy these. They're a much better fit and will more comfortable ride. This one is dedicated for a twist grip gear shifter, (Rohloff etc.)

ConsRelatively expensive, not the easiest fit
ProsSupportive, excellent quality, clear instructions, plastic-free packaging
Not the easiest to fit. I needed a soft hammer to get them right onto the end of the bars where they need to be before tightening the bolts using a torque wrench. But they provide excellent support to the hands just where you need it. You may need to reposition your brake levers as they put you in a slightly different hand position compared to that with round grips. I did.

Are the large/small Gripshift versions the same length?

This small GripShift version says the grips are 95mm long but the large version also says it's 95mm too, if they are the same length, what makes one small and one large? https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/handlebar-tape-grips/ergon-gp1l-anatomic-grips-gripshift-large/
While they are the same lengths, the larger one is 'fatter' providing more support for larger hands.
