Suitable for fixed wheel road bike?

Hi, I am looking for a more comfortable riding position on my fixed wheel bike. Currently using drops. Would these be suitable please with Cane Creek cross top levers? I have your tandem stoker bar on my tandem, but not sure about diameters for fixed bike.
