I recommend this product

After a back problem I have ditched my drop bars. I found straight bars and 'boxer' style bar ends on my MTB to be more comfortable than drops - I have only ever ridden drops on the tops or on the hoods. These AHS bars, at this price, are more cost effective than buying straight bars and bar ends for all my bikes. They also offer more hand positions than standard bar ends and avoid the 'join' in the corner. I have bought 4 pairs now in different configurations, and a pair of straight ends. Bar ends can be swapped from one bike to another as needed without the faff of refitting shifters and levers. They will also take standard hand grips so you can fit your favourites.

Ergotec bars size

I'm interested in these Ergotec bars but I have your Van Nicholas stem with a 31.8 clamp. Is there an alternative bar like this that would fit?

What Doe The Grip Length Measure?

Humpert AHS Basic Sport Handlebars c/w Comfort Bar-Ends - 25.4mm Clamp - Silver - seems to come in 2 width - as a women I need a narrower bar, but am not sure what the grip Length refers to - need to be sure my brakes anss shifts will fit in the space before the turn.

Hi the grip refers to the black part of the bars shown in the picture. The grips can be removed from the centre bar for assembly on to the bicycle. The 130mm is measured from the inside edge of the foam to the outside edge of the bend as if it was a standard straight handlebar.
