What is the outside diameter of the handle bar outside the clamp size

What is the outside diameter of the Handlebar .I assume the clamp is the 24.4MM whatb is the o/s diameter for the end for the Brake levers is it 22 mm ?

The clamp is 25.4mm, the rest of the bar is 22.2mm.
