To what angle can the bars bend?

I am thinking about using them on a Vello Rocky folder and want to know if the will fold down enough to stow the bike.
Also, what diameter is the handle section?
The description clearly states that an angle of 0 deg to 90 deg can be achieved with these bars, the grip diameter is standard at 22.8mm. SK 19/04/24

Hi - the 'safety rating of 2' is not entirely reassuring!

I plan to use these for on-road city riding and will be well under 100kg - but with a fixed gear ridden fast and sometimes up hills. Would these be suitable?

If not, could you recommend any alternative products to help fold handlebars/stems flat for storage in an apartment?
We suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to see if this safety rating is applicable to you. The manufacture using the safety rating as a guide to show what products are most suited for certain applications- lower safety ratings are used on lighter use bikes and higher safety ratings are using in extreme applications such as fast e-bikes and downhill mountain bikes.
