ConsCould do with foam bar grips to make more comfortable.

ProsVery Sturdy

Easy to fit and give more hand positions on flat (ish) bars.
They are very sturdy when set up. I bought foam bar grips to make more comfortable when using for longer periods.

Does This Product Or The Humpert 320 Fit Into Handlebars With An Internal Diametee Of 18 Mm

Unfortunately it is unlikely either of these bar ends will fit I'm afraid as they're designed around handlebars that have an internal diameter of 19mm.
