Unfortunately I have no way of knowing if this will fit the old S3 headset without having one here to match it up against. Even though it has been designed specifically for the 40 series headsets, it is possible it will fit as interchange ability between Cane Creek headsets has always been quite good, but I cannot confirm. Best contact your bike brand company direct to check out compatibility.

Hi, my 22’ Santa Cruz Chameleon has a series 10 Cane Creek headset. I need a crown race for a new set of forks. Will this fit?

Hi - i’m looking to order a crown race for a new 2023 fox 34.

My bike is a 2021 Yeti ARC with a Cane Creek 40 headset. Its intergrated.

Am I correct in thinking I would need to select the 52/40 1 1/2 inch?

Hello, these crown races are designed only to work with Cane Creek 40 series headsets- so without knowing the current headset fitted we could not say if it would or would not fit.

It’s a Norco Aurum with Fox 40 forks so straight steerer. But the lower cup is a 56. Bearing is approx. 52/38.

Canecreek Race Crown Converter

i'm trying to find a crown race converter so i can run a straight 1 and 1/8 fork with a 1 and 1/2 canecreek 40 series headset (swapping a tapered fork to a straight rigid fork). I think the cane creek part no is #BAA0463A - will one of the races shown work?
