Italian Headset?

Why is this advertised as Italian when the crown race is 26.4mm? The measurements are identical to a JSO headset?

SJS Customer Service:

While the dimensions are the same Italian threads are cut with profile angle of 55°, others are cut to an angle of 60°. Although both will work with each other it is advised to use the headset with the correct thread. SK 11/12/23

"0"ring placement

top cup locking ring, has a black type washer fitted, this has a flat side and a side with a shoulder, which way up is this ring to be placed, flat surface face up or down please?

This headset does indeed come with cartridge bearings and the stack height for this headset is 38mm

Please note however this headset is Italian thread
