Revolving Washer?

HI There,

Can you tell me if the washer revolves independently of the nut on this part? I am looking for a set of 3/8 and 5/16 chrome nuts with integral revolving or separate washers. Just repainted my Claud Butler frame and I don't want to chew up that lovely new paint....

On both these 3/8 track nuts and our 5/16 track nuts the washer is attached but it can spin separately so will be suitable for your needs.
