End cap conversion 20mm to 9mm?

Dear sjscycles support,
Is this the right conversion kit to reduce from an Iodine 20mm thru axle to 9mm quick release axle? I bought the Iodine 2 wheel set (sticker inside the rim say G11FML / WHF-06 / I11FML) in 2016.
