Don't fit for old Campy hubs!

The tread on these is different from the 10 X 26 TPI of old Campy hubs, but fits old Shimano hubs! Campy cones get stuck after about 3mm of threading I cannot measure the threads but I am pretty sure that this is the standard 10x1mm thread

I recommend this product
Replaced a snapped one on a very old bike. Seems good quality. Been on a couple months and no problems so far.

Will this replace Shimano solid axle 126mm dropout width?
By

Hi, I have a 1970s Shimano 333 hub with a solid axle and freewheel. The OLN dimension is 126mm. Will this be a direct replacement (plus finding a suitable "old school" QR skewer). Many thanks.
Sadly we cannot confirm this will be a suitable replacement for your hub. SK 27/07/23
is this definately 10 x 26 TPI to match the old Campagnolo rear hub ??

Thank you for you enquiry, yes it is 26TPI - tested on our Wheels Manufacturing Axle / Cone Gauge & Ruler 10/05/2022 AK
We can't confirm it will fit the thread on your old Campagnolo rear hub.

I need an axle like this, but with 26 tpi. There seems to be some confusion as to whether it is actually 10x1 or "approximately" 10x26?
Yes this is 10x 26 TPI

Is the axle heat-treated (hardened)?
These are 17mm, information about whether these are heat treated is not supplied from the supplier/manufacturer.

Suitable for 120mm rear dropout spacing?
By
08 Mar 2018
I have a set of Miche Xpress track wheels on my single speed and I want to change the axle type to hollow to fit QR skewers and the Axiom Mudguard Axle Runners. The wheels/dropouts have a 120mm spacing, is this the right axle to use?
Hi there,

This axle is designed for use with non cartridge style bearings and will not work with your current hub.

Thanks
