Dt Swiss x1700 15x110 mm boost

Is it possibile to use this kit in DT Swiss x1700 15x110 front hub?I need to convert front hub to 12x100 mm standard.

can i use this with a cannondale super x 2017?

Hi there I have a DT swiss 350 front hub and the end caps I currently have engage on the inner race then have a loose lock ring which goes over them- just pushed in. These fall out and break repeatedly. Your caps seem to push in and have a silicone o ring https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/hub-spares/dt-swiss-front-wheel-kit-for-100mm-12mm-adaptors-for-350-hubs/ So will they work on a DT swiss 350 front hub on a cannondale super with 12X100mm spacing? They should ?
