Can I use this this in QR frame drop out?

Currently my frame has QR dropouts and I am using a regular QR skewer, will this part allow me to convert my rear Heist 24 wheel with X5 hub to 10mm through axle? Do I need any other parts?
Hi,

This is actually the same axle that will already be fitted to your Heist 24 wheel, it can be used in the QR form like you wheel currently is or can be used on a 142mm x 12mm option when you change the two end caps. We stock these end caps and they are SJSC part number 44793.
