This simple product allows almost any 15 x 100 mm T-axle front hub to run with road standard 12 x 100 T-axle forks.

- CNC machined 7075 alloy tube
- Anodised finish
- Lightweight at only 17g
- 15mm Outer diameter, 12mm Inner diameter x 100mm (98.5mm long)

*Please note: Some 12mm thru axle forks are only compatible with hubs which have end cones with a maximum outer diameter of 19mm. Most conventional MTB based 15mm thru axle hubs use end cones that have an outer diameter of 21mm or larger and therefore will not fit with the smaller 19mm fork slots.

Please check carefully before purchase that your fork will allow your existing outer hub cones to fit with your forks before purchasing the 15 to 12mm Adaptor Sleeve, as the sleeve does not reduce the outer diameter of the hub end cones

15mm Focus Cayo - again

Hi.
I've just seen the question from Jonathan about his Focus 2015 Cayo.
I'm in exactly the same position (with a 2015 Cayo with a15mm front RAT thru axle) i.e. wanting new wheels but faced now with an almost industry-wide 12mm axle standard. Do you know whether this product has worked? - knowing likewise that I'll also have to buy a new 12mm RAT Thru axle from Focus. Existing front wheel is a DT Swiss R24 Spline. Thanks.

Can I use this on my focus Cayo?

I have a 2015 focus Cayo disc which comes with a 15mm thru axle on the front (RAT). Almost all disc wheels are 12mm now and I would like to upgrade, would this do the trick? I would need to change my axle I realise

Can I use this with SP PD-8X?

I note you can use the PD-8X with a QR adapter, so this sleeve should provide a 15-12mm step-down?

Yes this should be suitable, it fits most 15mm t-axle type hubs.

Can I use this with the SON 28 15 6-Bolt Disc Dynamo Front Hub?

I see someone else has asked about SON28 hub compatibility, but the question and answer were unclear. I just replaced my frame from the steel version to the carbon one, which uses a 12mm thru-axle instead of the steel frame's 15mm. I really don't want to replace the hub.

Unfortunately you cannot use this with any SON hub. The only option you would have would be to get another hub im afraid.

No you cannot convert SON hubs to different axle types. The only option for a 12mm axle in the SON 28 disc is black.
