Want to run a Halo fixed gear track hub in a 130mm spaced road frame?

Use this 185mm XL axle and alloy spaced kit to convert your hub from 120mm to 130mm.

Component was received on time and is obviously a well mad, quality controlled extended rea axle as described. The only problem I have had is fitting what I had thought would be standard axle nuts. The ones supplied were fine but others I have tried bind. Overall, however, and excellent product and I would be happy to buy future components from SJS Cycles.

ConsNot available with narrow 120mm spacers

ProsHigh quality, not expensive

I damaged the thread in my original 120mm axle and ordered this one (£20.49 including delivery) so it allowed me not to buy a whole new wheel (£75 to £85).

Fast delivery to Russia. Great condition. Used my old 120mm spacers with no problem, but it would be perfect if I could order new ones.

It fit perfectly my 130mm frame.
You have to remove both circlips of the 120 mm axle before you take it apart.

The axle is long enough for spacing out to 135mm oln. Make sure you have removed the circlips from on top of the bearings before you try to drift them out. It looks much neater than a stack of washers.

Could you add the length between the bearings? that is inside the hub body.

The diameter of this axle is 10mm, the overall length is 185mm and the threads are 48mm long.

This conversion is designed for Halo's own Fixed track hubs so it is unlikely it'll work with hubs by any other manufacturer.
