Can i use it on Hope RS4 QR rim break hub ?

SJS Customer Service:

No. Non-disc RS4 hubs can only be run QR spacing.

Hi there. Is this the correct kit to convert my QR axle to bolt in? Will I need to replace both 17x28x7 bearings? Thanks
