ConsGA skewer, doesn't fit all handlebar stems

Prossimple to fit.

Easily installed in minutes and a good alternative to 'quick release' equipment on bikes left unattended in public places.
The GA skewer could not be fitted to my 9 year old bike as the skewer is designed for a more modern handlebar stem
