Will this fit a wheel with a Rohloff hub?

Will the rear skewer work with hubs with an over-locknut dimension of 135mm?

How Long Is The Skewer ?

please could you tell me the length of the skewer from INSIDE of the capped end to the tip of the thread. i.e. the entire length of the rod . . . many thanks
