To be further accurate with your thru axle question, i would ask for the following information that will then allow for input into The Robert Axle Project Axle Finder - front / rear, fork type, ebike - yes or no, bike brand, hub size. This will allow for an accurate axle identification.

Hi,
I've just purchased a set of RobertProject thru axles off you for my Cervelo S3 disc choosing the ones recommended by the companies website. On arrival they are the correct length diameter and having matching thread pitch but the thread length is slightly longer. Before I fit them, I just wanted to check this is ok? I assume as long as they are torqued to the correct level the fact there is thread against hub body is ok? Many thanks
