For use with Shimano HB-M495 front hubs.

This Front Cone & Seal Ring can also be used on the following front hub:

- Shimano HB-M475. Later versions with M10 axle. Early HB-M475 hubs had M9 axles. If you have an older M9 axle hub, then we recommend replacing with item #25865

This is an "A" match which indicates that the parts are the same in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

Genuine Shimano replacement part.

Only one cone

ConsSold as single cone

I was surprised that my order was for only one cone - I'd assumed they would be sold in pairs. I can't imagine why anyone would replace them one at a time.

Thank you for your review, Shimano sell these as single items as in some cases the cones are different LH to RH

Hub HB-M525 VLAM replacement cones

I have a shimano hub HB-M525 VLAM and I'm after some replacement cones for them. Would the cones for the M495 work?

You can buy the cones separately, but its £1 cheaper to buy them with the axle - SJS Cycles part number : 26159

Looks like the HB-M495 but dimensions are 9mm axle, 10.5mm overall length and 15mm diameter,
