Is it possible to remove the old one without destroying the seal?

Do I need to replace both parts? What's the best way to remove (and replace) them? I have a FH-M618 hub.
Hi

Thank you for your enquiry. You should be able to remove these bearings without the need to replace the seal, I've included a link to the Shimano instructions for the FH-M618 hub to see which tools you will require http://si.shimano.com/pdfs/dm/DM-MBHB001-02-ENG.pdf I hope this helps.

Kind Regards
