ProsFits well, snaps on and off.
Simple cover for the gear selector toggle and pulley. Does a good job keeping things clean and protected. Snaps on and off to adjust. My size 11s bump into it occasionally but it seems to stay put!

Conscan get in the way when adjusting gears.
ProsKeeps the toggle chain clean
This does a great job of keeping your toggle chain clean and preventing dirt ingress into the hub.

I discovered it fits both the older tube nut chain guides and the later plastic pulley type guides.

Does this fit a X-RD5 5 speed hub?

Thank you for your enquiry. According to Sturmey Archer this should fit their 3 & 5 speed hubs as long as it isn't a rotary hub & the X-RD5 isnt one of those so it should be fine.
