Is this suitable for 4 speed

Is this suitable for X-RF4 hub and verticle dropout and do you have a shifter to suit

Is this fulcrum lever specifically used with a horizontal dropout?

My frame has horizontal rear ends, and as far as I know, there are two types of fulcrum lever with one for reversed(horizontal) dropouts and the other for standard. So I have to make sure this one can be used with my frame.
