Couldnt disagree more with other comment.. Excellent Quality.. Really well produced with a tough coating.. Such a small thing but the most integral parts on my bike. Work perfectly with thorn vertical dropouts and Sturmey Archer Hub.. I dont know if it will last for ever but at 99p who cares..? EL

Conswashers are broken
Such a lockwasher is best suited to my frame with vertical dropouts. But it lasts for long. Its material was hard, but brittle. In the dispersal of lockwasher cracked in half, first one then another. Now I do not know what to do.
