this axle nuts fits to my 3 speed rear hub?

This nut has a 9mm thread so is designed for front hubs so will not be compatible with a 3spd rear hub I'm afraid.

i actually need 9mm thread nuts, with wider lip 18mm in diameter.

What is the diameter of the nuts ?

This nut is indeed got a 9mm thread. The flats are 15mm apart and the wider lip is 20mm in diameter.
