I recommend this product

I just used them to replace the old worn cones on HB-6400.
The one thing WheelsMFG does not tell you is that you need to get rid of the 1.5mm washer between the Cone and the Locknut for the OLD to remain the same.

Left - original HB-6400 cone placed on top of the 1.5 mm washer vs the Wheels MFG one on the right (with the dust cap).

Does this come with dust cover?

Looking at Shimano tech specs for the HB-5501 front hub, the cone and dust cover are integrated as one unit (with the seal ring a seperate part).

Can you confirm the dust cover is not included in this item?

If it is not, I cannot understand how it is a replacement part....

As this is not a part made by Shimano, the dust cover is not included- and only parts seen in photos are included.
