Hi again, which would you suggest is the better hub for the money, these or the Zenith King Kong?
In real world use, you would have very little differences, we would probably vote for the Sturmey though.

130mm OLN to 120mm OLN

Do you sell part no: HMW554 Alloy Spacer 5.8mm (120mm OLD). The hub I have is fitted with HMW555 Alloy Spacer 10.6mm (130mm OLD)? If not I could probably file off a few mm of thickness!
Unfortunately not, we have tonnes of lock washers and axle spacers, you will just need to determine which size you need.

How do I remove cones and spacers? one cone comes off but the other isn't moving

You will probably need two cone spanners to hold and then undo the other cone nut.

You can simply change this hub tosuit, there are two 5mm spacers (one on each side) that can be removed allowing this hub to be used in a 120mm spaced frame.

Can these be laced onto 26inch rim? if so any ideas on spoke lengths id need?

These can be laced to pretty much any size of rim, spoke length is completely dependant on the chosen rim.

Can The Over Locknut Distance Safely Be Reduced To 120M?

Yes, there are two 5mm spacers (one on each side) that can be removed allowing this hub to be used in a 120mm spaced frame.
