Why bother with glue, peel and stick, when you can do it all in one go with these Park Tool self adhesive patches.

The great thing about these is they the pack is really tiny, lightweight and robust - so you can have one kicking about in the bottom of your bag just on the off-chance of needing them.

They work OK, but are not foolproof - it's easy to stick them on with bubbles visible under the patch or wrinkled. I've had one that didn't work (due to my mis-application), and another that gave a slow leak days later. However, it's just as difficult to do a good job with traditional patches out on the road when it's difficult to be clean, so these are a winner there.

I still prefer traditional patches with rubber solution for the case where I've carried a spare tube and bring the puncture home to repair under clean conditions.

When I received these patches as part of a large order I had difficulty finding them as they are tiny. The whole patch kit is a fraction of the size of ordinary puncture repair kits. The biggest selling point of this kit is that there is no tube of glue to leak or dry out. No longer do I need to worry about patch kits where the glue has dried up leaving the rest of the kit useless. These patches are simple and easy to use.
