Can I use this with a Ribble CGR Ti Fork?

My bike has dynamo cable routing but the mudguard mounting bolt is underneath the fork crown (bolt is about 40mm from the front of the fork crown). Will this allow me to mount a SON Edelux II on it?
HI, this would most likely fit however as we don't sell Ribble bikes we cannot confirm.
