As usual cateye had a practical solution. Good quality fitted easily no fuss no issues just what I like. Installed on a Brooks B17(lower part of rails).

I want to ensure the lamp I have will fit this bracket (16mm square type mount on the lamp). Thanks

The slot at its widest point is 19mm, and it has a slimmer section of 16mm.
