Doesn't work with Edelux II and luggage mount

I just bought an Edelux II and one of these came with it. This bracket puts the light too high to use the luggage mount, and the bracket can't be bent to put the light lower without hitting the brake. I suppose it works if you don't have stuff, so two stars for that.

Ideal front light bracket for the Brompton. Intend to use with either an AXA Blueline 50 or B&M Lumotec IQ Cyo Premium R Senso Plus dynamo front light. Bracket should work with both.

A simple component which allows the fitting of a B&M Cyto headlamp on my Brompton without any faffing around. (an early T3 model).

Not a lot to add, ideal for the job!

Would This Be Suitable For A B&M Lumotec Iq2 Luxos U?

The standard Brompton bracket sheared after a few rides (probably due to the slightly heavier light compared to the standard light supplied by Brompton) and I was wondering of this bracket would fit the Lumotec IQ2 Luxos U and if it would be durable enough to be able to take the weight without shearing.

Hi yes the B&M Lumotec IQ2 will fit this bracket. It is made of stainless steel but it is hard to say if it will be much more durable than the Brompton bracket. We have hade no problems in 12 years of selling it.

Suitable For An Edelux Ii?

I recently bought an Edelux II for fitting to a Brompton. Unfortunately the bracket supplied places the lamp too high where it clashes with the Brompton luggage block. This bracket may be a solution if its dimensions are compatible with the Edelux II.
