New for 2016 the IQ-X is Busch & Muller's first dynamo light with an anodised aluminium housing. The 100 Lux light has an extremely wide light coverage with exceptional homogenous quality and depth which includes light at close range. The IQ-X incorporates the daytime running light option and additional LEDs that shine laterally. The rear On/Off button shines blue. It also has a light/dark sensor and standlight function. Busch & Muller have designed a special multi jointed mounting bracket with integrated cable conduit for fork mounting. It has a screw on front reflector.

For use with hub dynamos only.

ProsVery Very Bright headlight light widely & equally spread

A Very,Very Bright headlight indeed.
The light is very easy on the eyes.
The light is very well yet equally spread on the road.
A Truly fantastic headlight.
Extremely reliable.
You simply cant go wrong with this headlight.
If you ride Fast at night ,especially if you ride a roadbike
This Is Your go to headlight!
Would recommend it immediately without hesitation.
Easy, one button on / off operation.it has a sensor mode so it switches itself on automatically too should you require.
Or you can manually switch on / off as required.

Consthe supplied bracket did not fit

Proswell mad and really bright

I bought this to replace an Edelux V1. Most of my commute is on unlit forest tracks and I just didn't feel confident with the amount of light output from the Edelux. This light is more bright, has a wider beam, and shines for a greater distance. I can now see well ahead when cycling on unlit roads/paths and feel much safer as a result. The only problem is that the supplied bracket did not fit on my Thorn Sherpa - the part that fits to the fork crown is too long and there is not enough room between the bottom of the bike's head tube and the mudguards. No problem though, I just reused the Edelux bracket. I am so happy with this light and would recommend it to anyone.

Does This Come With A Handlebar Mount Option?

Does it have a rear light output?

Hi there,

There is one out put from the light, which has no connectors fitted, you will also get a wire with connectors fitted, so you can simply splice together the wiring to fit a rear light into the system.
